Helped reduce food wastage in my community by rescuing more than 1000 pounds of beautiful edible food that would otherwise be discarded from food vendors across the city and delivered them to neighborhoods with less access to fresh healthful foods.
Planned and donated 200 Birthday Bag Kits to children from low-income families or who were experiencing financial difficulties. These kits aimed to bring joy and celebration to their birthdays and parties. This project was supported through a grant from Hershey.
